A house that has, or is deliberately building, a position it does not intend to defend by comparison — and that understands what that costs.
This tier is a refusal engine. Most of the value is in what gets excluded — the pages not built, the features declined, the channels ruled out, the growth the dossier tells you not to pursue. A house that competes on comparison does not need this and should not buy it. A house that intends to refuse comparison cannot operate without something like it, because the refusal has to be written down before it can be held.
We take a limited number of these a year, and we decline work where the position cannot be defended. That constraint is the product, not a scheduling difficulty.
